We need someone to turn wrenches, change oil, weld and work on almost everything that moves- usually with an engine attached, but it will need new belts, more grease and dirt and mud knocked off of whatever’s broken before wrenching on it.

Looking for someone who can work on trucks, tractors, small engines, have electrical and welding skills to keep our fleet of around 10 trucks, 4 tractors, 4 trailers, and 10 small engines running. Hours range from 10-50 hours per week. Work in the nursery is ususally available to cover some extra hours.

This position mostly entails truck, small engine, and tractor maintenance. Some tools are available, but there is an enclosed lockable shop available.

Spring, summer, and fall you can expect 20-40 hours per week. Winter is often 4-10 hours per week.

Willingness to help with projects at a lower rate is available.
