The work is physical and quick so no standing around. The more you do and do well the more flowers you can buy and more money you can make! It won’t be frolicking in the flowers but you will learn over 100 flowers each year.

Nursery Facility Assistant

Our Nursery Facility Assistant is key to providing outstanding Customer Service. This is a job that is full of variety, from helping customers load their vehicles to rounding up and securing carts, to helping with all types of set-ups and take down projects. You’ll find yourself unloading trucks, setting up and taking down fountains & birdbaths and assisting with product placement. All of our internal departments count on our Nursery Facility Assistant to assist them and meet the needs of our employees and customers on a daily basis.
Planting + Delivery

Work week: Tuesday- Saturday
No cubicles here- Outside is the place! A variety of work experiences from Tahoe to Hawthorne, Bishop to Susanville. Physically demanding with personal rewards for a job well done and some tips. An eye and desire for detail and a thirst for knowledge about plants are favored.
Yard Waterer

Our waterers help keep our plants thriving! As a waterer you will be responsible for the upkeep and organization of our hoses and watering wands, and of course we want you to water the plants too. This job is outdoors, so dressing appropriately for the days weather is a must. And no need for your gym membership anymore, helping water our 4 acres of plants will whip you into shape in no time! We want plant savvy people who can handle multitasking and working hard out in the elements to join our crew.
Landscape Technician

We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors, has a creative side, can have positive interactions with fellow workers & customers, and can be aware of everchanging things around them. Irrigation Technician
